Training & Qualifications
What grounds this work
My approach comes from years of embodied practice, formal training, and the slow work of learning to hold space for others.
Yoga
I trained for years as a yoga teacher before I trained as a coach. That time taught me how to sit with people in states of physical and emotional vulnerability, and how to meet the body as a place where so much of our unspoken life lives.
My 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training deepened that foundation. It gave me a richer understanding of anatomy, sequencing, breathwork, and the subtler layers of practice that go far beyond the physical postures.
Coaching
I am a trained One of Many coach, which means my work is informed by a framework that understands women's leadership, conditioning, and power patterns. It is practical, feminist, and deeply respectful of the fact that there is no single right way for a woman to lead or live.
The coaching training gave language and structure to what I had already learned through yoga and through life: that real change happens when people feel safe enough to tell the truth about themselves.
Continued study
I continue to study and practice. This work is never finished, and I believe the best practitioners are the ones who keep learning alongside the people they support.
